What is the suggested daily dosage for the elderberry syrup?

• Adults & Children over 12 - 40mL once daily. (When ill, or at the first signs of illness, take 40mL 3 times daily)
 • For children between the ages of 5 & 12 years old - Take 20mL once daily. (When ill, or at the first signs of illness, take 20mL three times daily.)
 • For children between the ages of 1 & 4 years old. - 10mL once daily. (When ill, or at the first signs of illness, take 10mL three times daily.)
 • Not suitable for children under one year of age due to raw honey content.

Our honey option lasts for 2 months refrigerated and Our vegan maple syrup option lasts for 1 month refrigerated.

If you want to preserve the syrups for longer, freezing them is a great option!
