Adults & Children over 12 - 40mL once daily. (When ill, or at the first signs of illness, take 40mL 3 times daily)
For children between the ages of 5 & 12 years old - Take 20mL once daily. (When ill, or at the first signs of illness, take 20mL three times daily.)
For children between the ages of 1 & 4 years old. - 10mL once daily. (When ill, or at the first signs of illness, take 10mL three times daily.)
Not suitable for children under one year of age due to raw honey content.

Our honey option lasts for 2 months refrigerated and Our vegan maple syrup option lasts for 1 month refrigerated.

If you want to preserve the syrups for longer, freezing them is a great option!
